Là où d'autres entreprises « spécialistes », qui avaient pourtant tout le temps de faire leurs analyses (notre ancien chauffage électrique à air pulsé fonctionnait encore), nous affirmaient qu'un remplacement était tout simplement impossible, Swissthermic a trouvé la solution. Le jour de la panne arrivé, nous les avons contactés : une solution temporaire a été mise en place immédiatement, et le processus d'analyse puis d'offre a été rapide et surtout compréhensible. L'installation de la pompe à chaleur, réalisée sans travaux lourds, a été menée par une équipe ponctuelle, agréable et d'un professionnalisme exemplaire.
